Spiced Figs with Ricotta and Honey

4 Dark Figs (cut into quarters with the bottom still attached)
1 Spoonful of Ricotta Cheese (in each fig)
Drizzle with Clover Honey
Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Nutmeg
